I suspect the two autoloaders is the source of your problem here, it is most likely the two autoloaders are colliding. I am not familiar with Garden Framework and uncertain what insight I can provide on that. Most framework provide some mechanism by which you may register alternate autoloaders to handle out-of-band use cases. You might look to spl_autoload_register for insight into their inner workings. Keep me posted please and I will update the docs to reflect your findings if necessary.

Alrighty, turns out #67 fixed this! Once again, thanks heaps for Swagger PHP - it's absolutely amazing!

Edit: More specifically, v0.6 fixed it as pointed out in #67
