Project's hint_latest_record_at and hint_earliest_record_at are always returned as nil about harvested HOT 4 CLOSED

@timboisvert Is it always nil when you request the actual JSON or XML? Or just through harvested?

I’ve only attempted to pull it through Harvested. Will test to confirm.

I think it might be due to this: https://github.com/zmoazeni/harvested/blob/master/lib/harvest/project.rb#L42-L43. I've noticed that the response from the API already has hint_latest_record_at and hint_earliest_record_at fields, so this overwrites them as nil.

All set now in v3.0. That was old code from when harvested parsed XML.
