Good idea. :) I will look into it.
But perhaps the public description of the bug should be different than the bug reporters description?
There may also be some bugs labeled as "public" that we do not wish to officially display?
How should this be dealt with?

When you "update" a report (set status to fixed) you should also have a field that shows "Public changelog message:". This field would be used when you would like to publicly show the fix.

Use case:
You have fixed a report from a player with the report message:
"Knigght is very low heal when use exura ico man, you need higher it fast man!!!!"

You change that specific report's status to fixed and before you press the "Update" button you could write a changelog message:
"Increased healing effect with exura ico by 10%."
When you do this, the report will be treated as a public changelog and will be displayed in some fashion.

TODO:
Delete, update and add changelogs directly from the public changelog page.
Always load data from cache, update cache when changes are done.

Awesome, thanks a lot for creating this Znote! I would still want to request that each changelog could have a "type" so that you can handle the changelogs differently, add a different icon for each type for example.

Example types: Map, NPC, Balance, General etc.
