Thanks! I wasn't sure if it was serious enough to warrant a security issue, but it seemed dodgy.

Yes, we should send an email to the old address for transparency. It can be as simple as:
Your email was recently changed. If you did not initiate this change, please get in touch with the Zooniverse at [email protected].
