TemplateError adding new FAQ entry about ezfaq HOT 4 CLOSED

Hi, I have test with the specified version and don't encounter this error. It maybe caused by some particular characters, so would you please paste your faq's content here? Or just try to enter some common words in the faq?

I tested a bit and I can say it is not related to the content of the entry. The error happens in the renderer of faq_mailer and prevents redmine from sending any mail about faqs.

Do you have mails in your redmine instance enabled? And does it work?

Yes, I have mails enabled and I can receive the mail. And I also set the language to English, it still no errors.

Since your error looks like exist in the faq_add.text.plain.rhtml, could you try to clear the content of that file and have a test?
