Because the ffmpeg.js didn't support VP9 decode, YTDownloader-Browser cannot format the video/music with VP9 format.

I have two solutions:

1. Give up VP9 decode
2. Build FFmpeg on my own

But option 2 is too hard to do that...

In 2023, Chrome will no longer support the version 2 extensions. And YTDownloader-Browser is in version 2 now.

Upgrade to version 3 is needed.

But I have no idea how to convert from version 2 to version 3. That's because this extension has the simulated DOM, so it needs eval to simulate the DOM. Therefore, the version 3 extensions cannot use background script, and version 3 extensions cannot use eval in service worker, either.

I need someone's help to make the convert faster.
