How to do anything with file

So ive got everything in with my webhook i just need to know how i get it disgiused as the image i have ive tried resource hacker and a couple other things but im not sure what to do next or if i need to convert something to an .exe

Python not found!

When I run either the Install-Packages or ConfigLogger it just says that Python is not found. I have python 3.12 and you said that it would work on Python 3.9 and above so I assumed that it would work. How do I fix this problem?

Pyarmor, and two error messages

I got an error message on build.exe I'm using the experimental version. "No module named pyarmor.main; 'pyarmor' is a package and cannot be directly executed."

Also in the install packages.bat, I had two error messages not sure if this is part of the process.
