Panel-bot

Panel-bot is a Discord bot, made with discord.js for ControlPanel.gg. These "docs" are temporary

Installation

Install NodeJs.

Create a Discord bot application on the Discord portal.

Rename config.example.json to config.json, and fill in the secrets.

Run npm i to install the dependencies.

Usage

Run npm start to start panel-bot.

To deploy all slash commands globally, run the text command <prefix>gdeploy, to deploy them to a specific guild, fill in the configs "testguild" requirement with the guild you want to add the commands to, then run <prefix>tdeploy

Contributing

Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.

Please make sure to update tests as appropriate.

Feature request

Commands for admins:

  • add command to suspend, unsuspend and delete server, that you can ping user and then menu of servers that are owned by that user will be showed so you can choose server and then buttons will be showed to choose if you want to suspend/unsuspend or delete it.
  • command to list servers for user

Commands for users:

  • command to rename your server or change server description and egg (using pterodactyl api), when user uses this command menu of servers will be showed to choose and then asked to write new name or description or to pick new egg from another menu (if admins
  • command to reinstall server
  • command to transfer server to new node (if admins have enabled that)
  • command to make backup
  • command to list your servers
  • other commands that uses pterodactyl api

This bot should use both control panel api and pterodactyl api so you don't have to have 2 bots for controlling pterodactyl and controlpanel.

Give a user credits every time they boost
