Develop a prototype technology radar for TTS. The ThoughtWorks "Technology Radar" was developed to help large organizations understand their entire tech stack:

• tools
• techniques
• platforms
• languages/frameworks

By doing this other teams across TTS can share experiences and potentially better reuse components. It will also help assess gaps in maturity and highlight what emerging technologies are being considered earlier for better organizational awareness.

One improvement could be tagging to teams/projects so others know who's using/doing what

we have a listserv that is govt wide, but it is very quiet - this would be to build what we want to say there.

We have run a devops101 deck once, and this would be to update it and convert it to an onboarding class to be delivered periodically to all new TTS folks
