Quick restart with pressing LeftJoy on an Xbox controller

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is out and mods are disabled currently. This program just spamming the 'R' while you press down the left joy on the controller.

Connect the controller. Start the program and if it says the controller are found, then you can launch Binding of Isaac. You can swap the orders, it doesnt matter, but keep the program running.
