The code iterates through the brainfuck file and converts any brainfuck stuff into C-code. The resulting code is written to /tmp/brainfuck.c, I then shell out to gcc and compile it.
The C code will have a char array[65535] = {0}; char *ptr = array; at the beginning of the int main() function.

The memory pointer does not wrap around in the output program, causing undefined behavior.
Minimal example:
$ cat test.bf
<[<+]
$ go run main.go -i test.bf
$ ./a.out
[1] 6225 segmentation fault ./a.out
Programs written in Brainfuck generally expect the memory pointer to wrap around, such as this golfed hello world program.
