基因blast的AAI
非常棒的工具，谢谢开发者！
请问如果只需要使用blast批量计算两两基因组之间的AAI是不是只需要运行Step_2_Blastp_AAI.bat就可以了？
另外，请问是否可以部署在Linux下运行？
哈哈果然有diamond的版本
但是与blastp做出来的结果有点差异。代码小白，不知道是不是diamond的参数没有设置为1e-5 40% 50%。
或者，怎么修改代码可以直接使用氨基酸文件？
prodigal预测出来的好像会比NCBI下载的多一些序列
