multiple patterns cause UI to not update(?)

Today I've working on a performance patch involving cyrene. The idea is that I would make multiple presets with different sounds, and each preset would have multi patterns that I could switch between for different combination of rhythms.

The problem I'm encountering right now is that the euclidian page UI would update when I switch between patterns, i.e. the sounds would change accordingly but the euclidian page UI at some point decided to stay the same across all patterns. This made editing the pattern impossible since whenever I change anything, the sequences on the page would then override the (playing but not showing) rhythms. Hope this makes sense.

I noticed the issue after about 4 patterns. Unsure if anything I did caused this problem. Really keen to get some insight from you please! Thanks heaps
