基于 Electron 的图片格式转换工具，talpa 是拉丁语中变色龙的意思，这个工具开始只是为了方便自己导出手机里的 heic 相片，后面将考虑支持更多格式的转换支持。

功能

目前支持 heic、png、jpeg、tiff、gif 转换为 png、jpeg, 其他格式慢慢支持中。。。

安装下载

请在 release 下载自己的平台二进制文件包即可

使用

直接拖入文件即可，将你所有的文件拖入窗口所示区域、然后松开、软件会自动过滤不支持的格式，剩下的文件会自动进行转换。
