Don't want to keep doing commits for minor changes of a singular number, plus this is probably just better for management

Checking for, and accommedating for, stuff like ratelimits should really be done

Right now, its a lastpagechecked mess in the tasks, and it would be easier to just centralise it, or else it could get bad quick if i do more tasks

Messy from a code standpoint and has some minor issues (like how changing non-key'd parameters is just not an option)

While the bot will still do fine even if its not able to edit a page, it would still be worth telling the bot operator that in logs, or else it may get confusing

Right now, all lines in a traceback from a task are called <string> and are all off by 1 line, which is unhelpful at best

Probably the most common cause of "Requires human attention" classifications, next to pages being turned into Disambiguations, and we could at least detect this type automatically (though ideally we should check the pages inbetween?)
