Out of memory

FATAL ERROR: CALL_AND_RETRY_0 Allocation failed - process out of memory

With 19'744 files, 3'188 dirs => 1.84Go
All is fine with a subdir !

My code:

The swap starts to fill and the script stops:

Exclude folders

How can I exclude a entire folder?
I tried 'node_modules', 'node_modules/', 'node_modules/__/' but none this methods works.
