Hourglass is a place for you and your community to meet and discuss.

We want to make everything in Hourglass easy to accomplish, both for you as an administrator and for your users. As such it is built as an adaptive, open-sourced forum system with a well thought out plugin API so it can be extended to everyone's needs.

Detailed instructions on installing Hourglass can be found in our installation guide.

Hourglass is based on Laravel 5.4, so the same server requirements apply:

• PHP >= 5.6.4
• OpenSSL PHP Extension
• PDO PHP Extension
• Mbstring PHP Extension
• Tokenizer PHP Extension

The easiest way to contribute is by reporting bugs, creating feature requests and spreading the word. If you want to contribute code, please open a pull request to the dev branch with your improvements. You can also reach out to me directly at [email protected].
