Not every guild needs the moderation commands to be available for administrators, or vice versa: they only need the moderation features but not the roleplay ones. AsrielBot Legacy has both of them, for instance.
The individual command toggling could also be implemented, although it's low priority.

Current behavior

Wrong locale name (en_US) is written into the server_cfg.json guild entry.

Expected behaviour

Trimmed 2-letter code (en) is written instead.

Steps to reproduce

• add an instance to a new server
• accept Privacy Policy

The German localization is now far behind the mainstream. It would be great to have the new strings translated.

Using JSONs as the database is considered bad, unreliable and slow, so Anastellos Engine should use an actual database engine instead.
Ideally, the new solution should be backwards compatible with the current one, so the existing modules would not have to be modified and would continue working as is, without any issues.
Any help will be appreciated.
