Add leadfields for simulation

Example lead fields will need to be added to simulate different montages quickly:

GitHub memory constraints may be an issue. Perhaps adding the leadfields to a data hosting site?

Fix getCond and sub select

The GUI sucks, who designed this ?!

getCond has an indexing error and sub select is just a mess !

Rethink the approach to sub select. file_select UI needs a redesign to select subs more intuitively.

Also, UI Tree context menu is garbage. Rework that too

Fix context menus

The current context menus cannot be used within the Data Tree..

  1. Perhaps adding the context callback to each node? (This will be a time consuming operation)
  2. Replace import_selected and import_all with a unified import via file_select (this is the best option)

Fix file_select

Select all files in current directory causes an error due to mismatch shape...

Finding Scalp Surface

Scalp index is no longer hardcoded.

An automated route to identifying the scalp surface is needed.

Perhaps, converting whole head to uniform mask and locating the tissue index at the boundary of the volume ?

Tissue Indexing

There may be an issue with the tissue indexing when tissues are non-sequential.

Perhaps a routine to enforce sequential tissue indexes before meshing ?

  • Adding a "mask index" to the conductivity gui to convert mask indices to sequential indices

Fix Plotting

rrg only plots the opening plot, eventually it should plot any data

For example:

  • The plot context menu, does nothing atm
  • Different data types cannot be plotted
