All roles assume v13

Despite being able to specify the installation archive which could be any version, the role assumes v13.0 when invoking the installers.

CPM pre-installation stage requires interaction

The CPM role cannot be done completely silent/non-interactively.

Not a bug with the role but more with the CPM pre-installation script.
