1. unpack the all.zip folder

2. ensure all files are in the same working directory

3. run the app in R using the app_update_28092018.R

or for developmental version

1. Ensure file "20190917101929AllDataAnnotated.txt", "drug-regex.csv" and "list-of-models-for-R.csv" are in same directory.
2. run app using file app_update_092019.R file
