Implement Image noisification.

Simple noisification, just random noise added to the image. Should not change the image or destroy its features, just simple noise.

Create Example code and description for Image denoising

Create image copy as-is example. A model that accepts the image as input, and outputs the same exact image as output.

Create CLI to support the following:

1. Training.
2. Inference.

Restructure the code separating framework code from examples.
Make a separate directory for the src, name it img2img.
Make a separate directory for the examples, name it examples. The examples dir to be used for image enhancement model or anything else ...

Implement Synthetic data generation CLI pipeline.
Should load the synthetic data generation thing dynamically, as an argument.
Should parse inputs data, and writes output data into another directory in the same format that training CLI can understand.
