We all know the ANPR lookup is hit-and-miss, with quite a bit of miss. It'd be a useful option to include the plate in the message when you post the picture, and the picture response would grab it from there, do the lookup, and post it to the thread.

Currently, a manual /car G-905-FD command can only be executed in the top level channel. When #6 is implemented, it would be useful if this command can also be invoked from within a thread, and posts the reply to that thread.

Currently, the "No plates were found. Try /car [license plate] if you can OCR a license plate from that image." message is sent to the channel, threaded under the picture.

The bot would be better if this were an "only visible to you" message for the person who uploaded the image.

This is semi related to #5. Whenever plates are not found on an interesting car, there's probably more than one person who does a manual lookup.

If you manually look up a tag by the chat command /car XJ-228-X, the lookup result is sent to the person who did the lookup. It'd be useful if this result includes a "post to channel" button, giving the user the option of re-posting it publicly in the channel.

Bonus points if it prevents posting the same tag multiple times in a short timespan.
