Create a basic http(s) enable application with a base route ("/") using Flask.

The application needs architecture infrastructure (servers) hosted by DigitalOcean. Using fabric and the DO python api, create server infrastructure. To start with, the infrastructure should include:

• Dockerize the exisiting app
• An nginx proxy server - The proxy server will also need an https cert through letsencrypt and certbot
• An app server for the python based api code
• A postgresql server for the database
• Terraform infrastructure for DO
• Automate deployment

Move the SRER data to it's own table space via the ORM meta class.

Start documenting development via README.md or github pages.

If github pages will have to set that up for this project.

Move the django application to a server folder and restructure under that.

Build a unit test and integration tests to test the api's status graphql query. The query returns a message with the word 'ok'. Test for that word in the api query results.
