Run your own surge alert server

1 Register for UBER API access, and obtain a token

2 Create a GitHub account and fork this project

3 Edit the file views.py in /surgealert/views.py:

4 In the views.py file add points in the center of areas you want to monitor for surge, and your token

5 Commit the changes

6 Deploy to Heroku from Git Hub and you're done;

7.Create a Heroku account and install the Heroku toolbelt. Clone your repository locally

9 Your app will now be live on heroku
