events page looks ugly af

Events occurring first should appear on top.

i can manually go to acm.umn.edu/meeting-minutes but there's no link that leads there from the main page

I'm pretty sure that's what's causing the timeline to screw up

Short links are currently slapped into the content root, which isn't optimal if we plan on having a ton of shortlinks.

Potential solutions:

• We can make a folder for shortlinks like z, but that would increase the length of the shortlinks, i.e. acm.umn.edu/sb -> acm.umn.edu/z/sb.
• We can put shortlinks on some other service not dependent on Zola or our SSG, the current workflow for creating shortlinks is somewhat verbose
• We can just use z.umn.edu

looks like this happened during the 0.4.0 port

just going to leave this here until we have some actual database-- believe we're talking to the department about this?
