The zip archive is in semi-NFS format (there seems to be an odd form for the untyped files which doesn't match), rather than RISC OS format, so it won't work unless you extract it on a system that uses that filename format and recompress as RISC OS, or you extract with a suiteable tool (like miniunzip -u on Select).

I'm a little bit tempted to add an option to my https://github.com/gerph/python-zipinfo-riscos python tool to allow conversion between the formats. If I did, would that be useful to you?
