The tools differ in their output.
Some have a summary, and some don't.
Of those that have a summary, some list at the start, some at the end
Some have directory headings, some don't.

1. Go through Extras\ for *.mnu, *.tbr and *.acc and find corresponding file on J:\InstallSource. Should be identical.

2. Go through Extras\ for *.mnu, *.tbr and *.acc and find corresponding locale file on CD_Resource. After removing unimportant text, should be identical.

3. Go through Extras\ for CAD*.mnu, CAD*.tbr and CAD*.acc and compare with
   CadStudent
   CadInnovate
   CadCD
   CadStudentCD

Iterate the result set providing an editable field
Replace in the .rc file.

This would make it easier to develop an "ignore unimportant text" option for the Comparison tools.

Machine readable output would make feasible automating the tools and open up the opportunity for day-to-day comparisons.

e.g. .rc rules conformance and duplicate string resources. perhaps others

Include or exclude named folders.
Pass filter list to each tool.
