IF a user comes to the daily task outside of the recordable hours, the work day scheduler is coloring all hours as "future" slots open. This is occurring when a user opens the site at a time after the last hour allowed to record an activity/event has occurred. Review the idea of "finding" a present time and what may be the time as in still being before or after.
For some reason the value of the last hour of activity is not returning after a user clicks save.
