• Line highlights are hard to see in Rmd/qmd code chunks as their colour is too similar to the code chunk backgrounds
• Inline code is the same colour as plain text

Make consistent with light theme:

• Inline quoted text will be the same colour as code fence text indicators

Warnings and errors in the console have the same colour as constants (red - shared between light and dark themes). Although warnings and errors explicitly state "Warning message" and "Error", a caption of a red warning can easily be overlooked and mistaken for an error.
