Right now when a user wants to add a card to an element they have to make sure that they had a content view and then set the content size of the UIScrollView and it's all more complicated than it should be.

We need to make it so that when a user is adding a GRBootstrapElement to a UIScrollView then we handle all the necessary steps to make that work with AutoLayout so that the developer does not have to do it manually.

We need to find an easier way to deal with nested bootstrap elements. As of right now, the biggest issues have to do with the
anchorToBottom element.

AnchorToBottom is confusing because if not set up properly, AutoLayout will have issues. We either need to give better-debugging information or we need to find a new way of handling this issue.

If you use the slideDown or slideUp function of GRBootstrapElement and you specify a margin, then when the card has displayed the column does not take into account the margin, and so the column will be too wide.
