While there's already a granular filter, a steps filter would basically be the other way around. Instead of specifying how large a step is, the user would specify how many steps an animation should take to complete.

Since both Pulke and various animation controls implement basically the same interface, it would be wise to add an interface that lists exactly what an animation implements.

In the Pulke object, that would basically mean forwarding the events and aggregating them to children

Right now animations are only performed on continuous properties.

For example, it could be useful for text (replacing it) or controlling the CSS properties like visibility. Also very useful for text (like captions)
