Multiple buttons for a single contribution page

When viewing a contact, on the contribution tab I have one button for my contribution page,
then I select the membership tab then the contribution tab, I have 4 buttons for the same contribution page. Then in the events tab I have 8 buttons, and if I keep on changing tabs I get I lot of buttons.

Setting page not showing with Simple Donate enabled

I'm not sure if it is a Contributextra or a Simple Donate issue :
When I enable the Contributextra extension, the setting page for Contributextra 'Contribution Page Extra Settings' is the last item in the navigation menu Contributions
When I enable the Simple Donate extension, the setting page for Simple Donate 'Simple Donation Pages' is the last item in the navigation menu Contributions
When I enable both Simple Donate and Contributextra extensions, the setting page for Contributextra 'Contribution Page Extra Settings' is not shown in the navigation menu Contributions, and 'Simple Donation Pages' is the last item in the navigation menu Contributions

Enforce permission

The contribution page button appears on every contact for every user, I would rather have it only if some permission is met, like 'CiviContribute: edit contributions'

setting a contribution page 'admin and public' in CiviCRM 4.7.18

Hello
when I submit the change in 'Contribution Page Extra Settings', I have the errors :

Warning: Illegal string offset 'type' in civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php on line 290
Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in civicrm/CRM/Core/BAO/Setting.php on line 290

The button is added to the contact contribution page anyway.

CiviCRM 4.6.5

Weird behaviours when submitting recurring ACHEFT contribution

Tested on civicrm 4.7.22 and drupal 7.38, using iATS extension v1.6.0.

  1. When submitting a recurring ACH/EFT contribution, if the "admin only" contribution page uses a "confirmation" page, CiviCRM will close the contribution page popup window, and the contribution is not saved. Only work around is to disable "confirmation" page for that contribution page.

  2. When submitting a recurring ACH/EFT contribution, if the contribution page does not use a "confirmation" page, the contribution is saved properly, but CiviCRM will redirect to public facing thank you page, instead of staying in the "Contributions" tab of a contact.
