Support celery
Celery spawns a new process on startup and doesn't play nicely with bureaucrat.

And think its due to a Deployfile containing blank lines.
migrate: manage.py migrate --noinput
Support relative paths
When --venv ./relative./path is used, the os.environ['PATH'] is not set correctly.
PIDPath is not honoured for start
pidpath is not honoured for 'start'
Virtualenv auto-activation broken
Do I need to create and activate a virtualenv before running bureaucrat init or bureaucrat itself handles this?
Stderr not captured in log files
It seems that stderror is not captured in the logs when running Deploy
