Resizing one lists on 'Properties -> Scene' resizes multiple lists.

Resizing one list by dragging the grip down, resizes some other lists too.

Implement a file and path handling module

Refactor every path and file handling to a module under rfb.path.
Instead of having many path and file builders on the fly around the whole code base, we should have a simple to use get() method under rfb.path

Add DayLight from Toolshelf tools, adds 'HEMI' type instead of 'SUN'

The Problem is, that the update function in properties.py declares the renderman lamp types ['SKY', 'ENV'] as 'HEMI', but it should not change blender lamp types 'SUN' with renderman lamp types 'SKY'.

Already added a quickfix by changing the blender lamp type back to 'SUN' immediatly before the operator returns. See: 981afb8
Leave it here and open for further investigation.
