If the "General OpenAI API" is selected and a "Temperature" of 0.7 and a "Max Token" of 500 is used, all requests result in a Error 400.
Someone else using the OpenAI API said they had the same issue and the root cause was they were sending the Temperature as text and it must be a number.

Since the text is not updated as ChatGPT is creating the response, the screen can go dark for several seconds (10 to 15 depending on complexity and load). It would be good UI to add a notice somewhere that GPT is working on the reply.
