Mercedes has announced they will be switching of the BYOCAR API and the end of August. Therefore this app will no work after that date.

App has not updated any data from the car for 23 hours. Have tried repair from the device, and app restart. None helped any. Please help.

When I want to add my car I fill in the ID, password and VIN.

Message I receive is:

Client ID/password are correct since I can login to Mercedes with these credentials.

Anything I can try? Used the app on iOS and web on Chrome and Firefox.

Looks like the app is pointing to an old URL? After filling the client id, secret and VIN, the following error popped up from https://id.mercedes-benz.com/as/authorization.oauth2?state=callback.athom.com%2Foauth2%2Fcallback

I have installed the Mercedes app today with the client ID, Client secret and the necessary apps installed in the Mercedes portal.

When adding a new device I get the error "Token refresh failed".

Can anyone help?

Hi, thanks for the cool ME app :-)

I am trying to get it working but keep getting an error stating Authentication code is malformed.

Any suggestions?
