Implement decorator of standard translator for automatic registration of missed translations.
Create command for the export of omitted translations
- Get existing translations for a certain domain and locale and omitted in others locales.
- Export them as YAML with glued keys.
Additional locale can be used for exporting only omitted keys in this locale.

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires aeliot-tm/translation-maintain ^2.1 -> satisfiable by aeliot-tm/translation-maintain[v2.1.0].
- aeliot-tm/translation-maintain v2.1.0 requires symfony/config ^4.4 -> found symfony/config[v4.4.0-BETA1, ..., 4.4.x-dev] but the package is fixed to v5.2.4 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
I think you need to change composer requirements from symfony: ^4.4 to symfony >=4.4 first

- Implement transformers:
- Keys sorter
- Keys cleaner
- YAML keys transformer
- Values quoter. The type of quotes should be defined in the configuration.
