This a simple Bounty platform contract. It can provide guarantee for the bounty content. But there is no guarantee that the funder would choose you tobe the winner.
Anyone can post a bounty.
Anyone can apply for a valid bounty and strive for rewards.

1. Funder can withdraw the bounty at anytime. But if he do this before expires, he must compensate all applicants.(20% (default) of total reward).
2. Funder can pick no winner and withdraw the bounty if he is not satisfied with the solution submitted.
3. No apply is allow after expires.
4. Applicants can still submit solutions after expires, and still have a chance to retrieve reward if the bounty haven't set to accomplished, if the funder want.
