Currently there are a number of notebooks in the TopoStats.

To make these accessible we shall move them to this repository and provision them using JupyterLite which is a WebAssembly framework for Python that runs Jupyter server and in turn the Notebooks completely in the browser (JupyterLite is the front end, in the background its actually using pyodide which is the translation of Python to WebAssembly).

This would remove the reliance on external services and make interacting with files on the users local computer considerably easier.

The Notebooks have been imported and JupyterLite runs (see here) however its not currently possible to install and load TopoStats because it has a dependency on numpy>=1.26.0 and numpy<2.0.0 and currently pyodide only provides numpy-1.25.2 (earlier versions may be available).

I've requested an updated version of Numpy (see pyodide : Issue 4213) and will attempt to build myself.
