koa v2 support about agendash HOT 11 CLOSED

@joeframbach I just submitted a PR, haven't tested it yet, would be much easier to test when you merge and npm publish

OK, this is as far as I got, APIs are functional and UI will load, but something's not working.
@joeframbach could you take a look? I thinks if you decouple test.js from express and require app from two separate files (one for express, one for koa), the problem would reveal itself.
I added a README to lib/middlewares.
