Dockerfiles and docker-compose

Going to need to get this up and running smoothly.

Support build args

Pretty critical for some of the more complex builds.

Thinking of following format:

amqp:
  url: 'amqp://rabbitmq'
github:
  port: 4567
  secret: ${HERMAN_GH_SECRET}
  images:
    - url: [email protected]:AGhost-7/herman.git
      name: aghost7/herman-git
      path: packages/herman-git
      args:

Gitlab support

Post version 1 I think I'll add a frontend for gitlab next.

Push latest

As well as pushing with a versioned tag push latest tag.

Move over to tag events

Reasoning:

Not all APIs have a "release" event:
- github has a release event.
- gitlab only has a tag event.
- bitbucket only has a push event but I can compute what tags
  were created by checking the push.changes.new property in the
  event I think...
Some tools such as lerna only use pure git flow instead of calling
the github rest api.
