Test SEGY file support

Test some SEGY files from USRadar and make sure the i/o works

Install fails "Solving environment: failed"

The .yml is not quite ok.

conda env create -f environment.yml quits with

"ResolvePackageNotFound"

maybe the solution is under
ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues#9480

We could/should rip out the SEG-2 reader

Make a little lib that spits out xarray DataSets instead.
