Tag the source

Could you please tag the source? This allows distributions to get the complete source from GitHub instead of PyPI where only an out-dated release is available.

Blink 4.0.0 cannot start with python3-application

It seems python3-application hasn't been fully ported to Python3 yet, as master branch Blink (341b8ce5132) complains about some old Python 2 syntax:

OS: Xubuntu 20.04
pip3 install python3-application

Am I doing it wrong, or is master branch Blink not functional yet? Thank you!

Examples have python2 shebang

When packaging python3-application (note the name!) I found that all scripts in examples/ have still #!/usr/bin/python shebang which most commonly means using Python 2. It confuses our packaging scripts in openSUSE.

This patch fixes the problem.
