• Note &vim indicator is unnecessary as long as callback is string.
• Update signatures.
• Update deprecated feature list.

Items change their order in kv-table, though this unexpected behaviour doesn't matter practically.

It's simply an overhead for those who don't need to set desc key.
It's also an effort, even for those who prefer desc keys to be filled, to remember when nvim-laurel infers descriptions.

It might make table lookup faster if rawget simply ignores metatable.

api-opts should only accept the keys that can be directly passed to the corresponding vim.api.
