Commented by Álvaro González un G+, appears to be a good improvement to run actions over different AWS accountes. We must take a look in how can we parallelize th actions.

When iterating sg_rule you end up consuming the generator and not being able to reuse the same sg_rule, as it is empty.

In sg_rule instead of returning a generator object, return a list object.

Provide a default template for autoscaling groups, which allows:

• list autoscaling groups
• remove autoscaling groups, policies and alamrs
• other actions related with autoscaling groups

Add aws library for S3 support.
