• Create and activate a virtual environment using Python 3
• cd into the level of setup.py
• pip install this package into your virtual environment.

#Testing:

• pip install tox this installs tox, a framework for standardized testing in python.

• tox to run tests for both versions of Python (2.7 and 3.6)
