基于cstack开源教程Let's Build a Simple Database的中文浓缩翻译及学习过程。
原作part 1 ~ part 6直接合并为一章(对应本讲义的Part1 - 浓缩讲解 1~6章). 原作使用ruby-rspec作为测试用例框架, 但是本讲义仅做代码测试(如part1.sh)，旨在降低难度。
重点难点在本讲义是Part3 - 实现叶子节点、Part5 - 切分叶子节点、引出内部节点这两个章节。
