ACC stores the overlay apks to system/vendor/overlay/.
However this causes UI glitches in some ROMs/ Devices like crDroid ROM Android 11 on Poco X3 Pro.
I manually created a Magisk module to place the ACC generated apk files to system/vendor/overlay/ and found that the issue still persists.

I also manually created a Magisk module to place the ACC generated apk files to system/product/overlay/ (which is where crDroid has the default accent color overlay apk files) with a different naming convention and found that it works perfectly.
New naming convention: system/product/overlay/ACCBlue/ACCBlue.apk assuming that the name of the accent color is ACCBlue.
I contacted the devs and this doesn't seem to be a ROM issue.
My suggestion to solve this issue:
1, One way is to dynamically detect the ideal location to store the overlay files. I do not know how this can be done. (Maybe check where the default accent color overlay apks are stored?)
2. Easier method is to allow the user to choose the location in Advanced settings and add a disclaimer to use that feature only when having issues.

The glitch is that the Brightness slider is broken completely giving random brightness values at any point in the slider.

The predefined accent colors in Android 10's developer options are desaturated when dark mode is enabled. It would be great if it's possible to pair separate light mode and dark mode accent colors within a single accent overlay with this app to simulate that.

Hello, I recently encountered a error apparently when switching to dark mode during creating a custom color. It is pretty annoying since I want to see what the color looks like on both modes, please fix asap. Thanks!! ;)

Hello. I've noticed that after installing a system update for Lineage OS (17.1) my accent color goes back to default teal and I have to open the acc app and change the accent manually. Is that something on my end or is it something that can be fixed?

Accent color preference had been removed in latest AOSP release. And now I can only create accent colors instead of choosing them, would you add a chooser in your app?

The accent color is reseted/remove (i think) by the moto apps (the app to change color)

So, the overlay is not actived after reboot

Can be fixed creating a boot_complete event to auto-apply the cmd overlay again

I tried using this app on my moto g6 plus and now when I rebooted it is going to bootloader everytime
It says reboot mode set to fastboot but its not true.

Which files does this app mod so I can delete them?

A scan (see here for details and background) just revealed the APKs at your releases are signed using a debug key. As that has security implications, may I ask you to please switch to a proper release key, and provide the corresponding APK signed with it? Thanks in advance!

Hi! I manually added root permissions and I could not create accent. After reinstall apk and grant root permission via pop-up menu, it is worked.
