Missing license in the repo

One particular Object of the canvas that needs to be created is the Artboard.
Artboards can be considered as groups layer groups, with some particular options:

• Artboards can't be grouped together or indented in other Artboards.
• While moving an ARtboard, all the items attached to that artboard must move with it
• Artboards only have size and background color attributes. No other attributes, like borders, or other transformation actions are allowed.

Each item extend with its own properties.

Except really obvious (like fill-color using a gtkcolorchooser) allow to edit by strings. This is not about safe edit, just to be able to do a quick screencast with Akira

On click, selects and activates the current button, while opening the popover

• Open popover with list of usable shapes (Rectangle (R), Oval (O), Triangle(I))
• Maintain the shapes button active if a shape is selected
• Default select pointer if no shape has been selected

Right now the 9th nob changes the cursor with a placeholder icon.
It doesn't seem the Gdk.Cursor comes with a default icon to indicate rotation.
Can we use a custom icon similar to this?

I'll make a proper SVG that we can use.
